For free courier delivery, your order must be at least 48 euros.

Payment is made upon delivery (must be in cash).

Couriers always have change and tips are prohibited.

You'll generally receive your delivery within the hour (in Paris and outside of peak periods) during delivery hours. However, you can also request delivery at a specific time in advance.

We deliver 7 days a week from 10am to 10:30pm on weekdays and from 12:30pm to 10:30pm on weekends and public holidays.

To be delivered the same evening until 10:30 p.m., orders must be placed before 9:30 p.m.

Shipping and Returns

There is no minimum order.

We take great care when packaging your package. You'll receive your bottles in a truly exquisite case. This way, there will be no unpleasant surprises when you receive your order. No breakages. And no leaks! We check the bottles before shipping, and they travel in perfect condition.

Orders placed before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

So, if you order on Monday at 4:30 p.m., you will receive your Chronopost 13 on Tuesday before 1 p.m., or your Colissimo on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

Obviously, you receive tracking information by email and you can find this information in your customer area.

Parcel deliveries are free: Colissimo , Mondial Relay and Relais Colis. For Chronopost , a contribution of €8 (or €15 for Chrono 13) will be requested.

We accept returns. Contact us and we will provide you with a return number for unopened products. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
